Floor Plans

Due to the unique nature of the 836 Oak building, we have a variety of floor plans to choose from. Since the building was placed on a hill, floors one, two, and three are all at ground level. In fact, the third floor is the first that actually spans the entire length of our building, with floors four and five doing the same. Each unit is unique, so please stop by and walk through our building.
